The Storm

I was sitting still in the park,

Admiring the glamour of nature,

Abruptly the sky reaped dark,

The clouds become greater,

And commenced swimming like a hungry shark.

Now, I started celebrating nature’s upheavals,

I was shoved by the strong wind,

The yellow leaves started to travel,

As trees were dancing and unstable.

The wind was reaping stronger,

I suppose I can’t linger here longer,

I fetch a cold sensation on my face,

Big drops of water started spinning down my cheek,

Raindrops like diamonds enhance grace.

The trees were washed and shining,

Roads were sweaty and leaves lying,

I had got all of today’s day,

Now I was receding to my home,

Scratching the woods and making my way.
